RICK PETERS portrays a charismatic FBI agent who likes to bend the rules. Peters holds an extensive list of television credits including leading series roles on “Bull,” “The Hoop Life,” “Bouncers,” “Family Values,” “McKenna” and “Against The Grain,” created and produced by Dave Allan Johnson and Gary R Johnson, co-creators of “Sue Thomas: F.B.I.” Additionally he has guest-starred on numerous television series such as “Smallville,” “Andy Richter Controls The Universe,” “CSI,” "CSI: Miami", “Providence,” “The Pretender,” “Under Suspicion,” “Full House,” “Hunter” and “Life Goes On.”
Rick has also appeared in several feature films including “Night Class” with Sean Young, “American Virgin” starring Mena Suvari, “Gun Shy” with Liam Neeson, “The Disappearance of Kevin Johnson” with Pierce Brosnan and Dudley Moore,“ “Late Last Night” starring Emilio Estevez. His movie-of-the-week credits include “Happy Face Murders” starring Ann-Margret and Marg Helgenberger, “This Matter of Marriage” and “Elvis Meets Nixon,” for Showtime. His stage credits include “Sometimes Why” at The Gardener Theatre, “The Apollo of Bellac” and “The Seagull” at the St. Genesius Theatre and “London Calling” at The World Theatre.
Rick was born in a suburb of Detroit in June of 1966, the fifth of 6 siblings. The family lived there until August 1968 when they moved to England (his dad accepted a transfer with one of the "Big 3" Auto manufacturers). They lived there until 1974, then returned to Michigan. They lived in Michigan until another transfer took the family to Australia in August of 1977. 5 years later the family moved back to the States, this time to California, where Rick finished High-School. That's where Rick began his acting career...in High-School plays. Rick is married to a woman whom he met "in the business" (she is a screenwriter) and they have two children.
